What is accounting bookkeeping

What is accounting bookkeeping anyways?  Easily confused? Bookkeeping consists of setting up a company and maintaining the daily transactions, paying and recording bills, keeping track of sales and inputing and maintaining the companies data into what’s called a general ledger.

Now, if you’ve ever worked in an office, you’ve surely had to go to the accounting department at some point. There the ones who pay the bills, balance the books, prepare financial reports, check for errors, adjust journal entries, provide advice, etc., information.
